As the visionary leader of Jake Riley, Fungi leverages her extensive background in human resources, facilitation, and change management to drive organizational transformation. Passionate about revitalizing and restructuring businesses to unlock their full potential, she brings dynamic leadership to Jake Riley, drawing on her prior project experience with West African multinationals. Notably, she led Jake Riley’s HR restructuring initiative for the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHC DA) in 2010—a project highlighted in this brochure. Her career includes serving as HR Director at British American Tobacco, where she developed and executed HR strategies across four countries (Nigeria, Benin, Niger, and Togo). Additionally, she has held senior HR roles in multinational corporations, including Shell, Canadian Occidental Petroleum (Calgary, Canada), and Mercer Mergers & Acquisitions (US & UK), where she designed and implemented strategies to support HR and change management programs.
