Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and smart Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a warm welcome, expertly guiding them through our products, and closing sales.

Greet and welcome customers while establishing immediate rapport and building long-lasting relationships and customer engagement.
Introduce products in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
Listen to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Effectively close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify and engage with potential leads.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and attractive product displays.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
Must reside in Lekki, Ajah axis.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
