Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven HR Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, promote HR solutions, and build strong client relationships.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR services, strong sales skills, and the ability to consult with clients on their HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for HR services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client HR needs and offer tailored solutions.
Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients on HR services.
Act as a bridge between clients and the HR service delivery team.
Promote HR services such as recruitment, payroll management, employee benefits, and training solutions.
Offer expert advice on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
Assist clients in improving their HR processes and workforce management strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback to improve HR offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR consulting, sales, or business development.
Strong knowledge of HR services, trends, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
