Description
Build and maintain business relationships with customers
Ensure that customer needs are met and satisfied which leads to increase in the profit of the organization
Maintain an accurate and comprehensive customer database
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
Confer with Client Experience to resolve customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers
Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.
Employ marketing skills in order to achieve the sales target of the Outlet
Perform other duties as assigned by Client Experience.
Qualifications
OND in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Management.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Competency and Skill Requirements:
Good understanding of the products and service offerings of PDSL and the peculiarities of their specific operating environment
Appreciation of concepts in business development and marketing.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good presentation and facilitation skills.
