Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
Respond to incoming telephone calls, emails and client/visitors inquiries promptly.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Manage the company’s appointment scheduling system, including booking appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and other activities as required.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of HND/BSC in any field.
Must be a current serving corps member in Abuja.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, clients, and colleagues professionally.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and priorities.
Proficient in the use of office equipment and computer software, especially Microsoft Office suite.
