As a Senior Technical Product Manager, Payments you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact payment solutions. You will work cross-functionally to ensure DuploPay’s offerings remain best-in-class in an evolving fintech landscape.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, refine, and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Technical Leadership: Work closely with engineering teams to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success—to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics, customer feedback, and market research to prioritize product features and improvements.
Agile Execution: Lead agile processes, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of features with a focus on quality and security.
API & Integration Strategy: Drive innovation in API design and third-party integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure product solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices in fintech and payments.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
7+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in global payments
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system design.
Proven track record of launching and scaling global payment solutions or financial products.
Experience working with APIs, cloud-based architectures, microservices, and security best practices.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies for product development.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
Experience with regulatory compliance in payments (PCI DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC) is a plus.
