Job Summary:

A dynamic, outcomes-focused Social Media Strategist is needed to strengthen our team. This position entails crafting and implementing strategic social media initiatives to amplify brand presence, attract qualified leads, foster meaningful audience engagement, and accelerate overall business expansion. Responsibilities further include producing visually compelling graphics, creating engaging content, and executing diverse digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards while maintaining high-performance benchmarks. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and alignment of goals. Monitor progress through regular evaluations and implement corrective measures as needed to sustain operational efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Craft and execute dynamic social media strategies that are fully aligned with the organization’s overarching goals and strategic objectives.

Develop compelling, audience-specific content tailored for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and other digital channels.

Create compelling visual graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials utilizing advanced graphic design software and tools.

Oversee and uphold the company’s social media channels to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation.

The content calendar will be developed, organized, and executed in alignment with strategic goals, utilizing social media management tools to schedule and disseminate posts.

Stay abreast of evolving social media trends, track competitor strategies, and identify emerging digital marketing opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Develop and implement strategic social media marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand recognition, foster higher engagement rates, and generate qualified leads.

Examine campaign performance metrics and compile regular reports featuring data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from online audiences with professionalism and care.

Maintain strict adherence to the company’s established brand identity and communication guidelines across all content.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar industry, to be considered for this position. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with advanced degrees or specialized certifications viewed as advantageous. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is also required.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

Required experience includes demonstrated success in roles such as Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or closely related positions.

Proven expertise in graphic design, coupled with mastery of industry-standard tools including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software platforms.

Proven expertise in crafting compelling narratives, producing high-quality written content, and developing persuasive copy is essential.

Proficient in leveraging social media algorithms, interpreting analytics, and executing targeted advertising campaigns.

Proven track record in overseeing corporate social media channels and executing paid promotional initiatives.

Exceptional interpersonal abilities, innovative thinking, and meticulous organizational proficiency are essential.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to manage workloads effectively while adhering to established deadlines.
