About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Shadow Teachers to provide one-on-one support to students with special needs in a school setting.
The ideal candidates will assist in enhancing the student’s learning experience, ensuring inclusion, and helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, or other special needs.
Assist in classroom activities, ensuring the student stays engaged and follows the curriculum.
Implement strategies recommended by teachers, therapists, and special educators.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for the student.
Monitor and report student progress to teachers and parents.
Encourage independence while providing necessary support.
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists.
Passion for inclusive education and child development.
