Assistant Project Officer

Job Summary

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Project Officers
Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and logistics
Maintain project records and documentation
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Requirements

1+ year of experience in project administration or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Knowledge of project management software and tools
Experience working on short-term projects
