Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

Flying Doctors Nigeria (FDN) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with a proven track record in medical equipment sales. The successful candidate will drive business growth through proactive sales, strategic partnerships, and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach and Cold Calling:

Proactively engage in cold-calling hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote sales of medical equipment and consumables.

Service Delivery Coordination:

Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service provision.

Business Development and Marketing:

Drive business development, marketing, and sales of FDN products and services.

Marketing Plan Implementation:

Participate in developing and executing marketing plans to support business objectives.

Networking and Relationship Building:

Participate in business meetings and events to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

New Business Opportunities:

Proactively generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers/clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake any other business development, sales, or marketing duties as assigned.

What you will need:

First degree in a Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years closing Medical equipment deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A self-starter with a wide customer database and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
