Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our system.
Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
Collaborate with marketing to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
NCE / OND qualification
A minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills with an enthusiastic and persuasive telephone manner.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle rejections and turn them into positive learning experiences.
A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their financial goals!
