Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, high-quality content that connects with our target audience and supports our business goals.
In this role, you will research industry topics, craft compelling scripts, write clear and concise copy, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and relevant keywords to generate content ideas.
Create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, newsletters, and more.
Develop ad scripts, drafts, and revisions while ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency in messaging.
Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and headers to improve visibility.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and multimedia teams to create visually appealing content like videos, infographics, and interactive media.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and adherence to brand style guidelines.
Stay updated on content marketing trends, storytelling techniques, and emerging digital media practices.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools to track engagement, traffic, and conversions, identifying areas for improvement.
Manage content calendars, schedules, and production workflows to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct interviews and gather insights from subject matter experts to enrich content quality.
Adapt content for different platforms and audiences while optimizing for the best user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop content strategies and marketing campaigns.
Stay informed on industry news and competitor activity to refine content strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, feedback, and inquiries to build community interaction.
Continuously refine content strategies based on performance insights, feedback, and testing.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (certifications are a plus).
2 years proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and grammatically sound copy for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Medium.
Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong storytelling abilities and creative thinking skills to craft attention-grabbing content.
Meticulous attention to detail in proofreading, fact-checking, and maintaining brand voice consistency.
Excellent research skills to simplify complex information into engaging and accessible content.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
