We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents as needed, leveraging your expertise as a chartered accountant.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on outstanding issues and projects.
Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.
Qualifications
Must be a Female Chartered Accountant with a valid certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
