Deposit Growth: Develop strategies to identify potential depositors and actively engage them to grow the bank’s deposit base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with key clients, offering personalized banking services to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Prospecting: Identify and prospect new deposit opportunities through networking and strategic market analysis.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Introduce clients to other bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and investment products, to maximize value.
Compliance Management: Ensure all deposit mobilization activities adhere to the bank’s regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Client Advisory: Provide advisory services on deposit schemes, interest rates, and banking products that align with the client’s financial goals.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly deposit mobilization targets set by the bank’s management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Credit, Operations, and Customer Service to deliver seamless client experiences.
Market Monitoring: Regularly assess market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights for product development and deposit strategies.
Client Portfolio Expansion: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, focusing on creating long-term relationships and enhancing client loyalty
