Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs in mechanical engineering, including industrial maintenance, machining, and manufacturing processes.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical workshops.
Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
City & Guilds certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in mechanical engineering.
Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical simulation tools is a plus.
