JOB DESCRIPTION: ARCHITECT

In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects that align with our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop out of the box architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
Review and interpret project specifications, building codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and other professionals.
Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with design intent.
Utilize architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Research and integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in architectural design or construction.
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
