Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through various channels (phone, email, or chat).
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and software.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends.
Provide guidance to customers on best practices and usage of company products/services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in a technical support role.
Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
Familiarity with remote support tools is a plus.
