Oversee and execute core duties essential to the role’s success, requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable growth. Prepare comprehensive reports, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform data-driven decision-making.

Responsible for overseeing and managing project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinates cross-functional teams, allocates resources efficiently, and maintains clear communication channels to align stakeholders with project objectives.

Provide oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, encompassing strategic planning, hands-on execution, and seamless delivery to ensure successful completion of assigned initiatives.

Optimize workflow efficiency by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to synchronize daily operations, ensuring seamless processes and punctual project completion.

Progress Monitoring: Oversee schedule adherence and provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress, potential risks, and any encountered delays.

Analyzing usage data and performance metrics, you will identify opportunities to enhance and refine the product through iterative development cycles.

The essential qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is required, alongside familiarity with frameworks and tools such as React, Node.js, or Docker. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are also critical. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines while adhering to best practices in coding and system design.

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is required.

Professionals with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in either Product Management or Project Management are encouraged to apply.
