Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team!
As an IT Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person
Configure and maintain computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices
Install and update software and hardware
Monitor system performance and report issues to management
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
Document technical issues and resolutions
Bold, lively, inspiring, and exciting when speaking to individuals and audience.
Requirements
Educational qualification – BSC in Information Technology with 2+ years of IT experience
A+ or equivalent certification – Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
Experience with IT service management software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with ITIL best practices – Certification in cybersecurity or networking
