Social Media / Meta Ads Specialist

Role Overview

The Social Media / Meta Ads Specialist will drive the user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and others like Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute advertising strategies to boost brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct audience research and utilize targeting/retargeting tools effectively.
Create engaging ad creatives tailored to audience segments and platforms.
Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns for ROI, and conduct A/B testing.
Stay updated on platform trends and advertising best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader objectives.
Report campaign results and insights to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
3 – 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads; certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and creative optimization skills.
Experience with Google Ads, TikTok, and WhatsApp is an advantage.
