Job Description
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, and competitors analysis and be responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans aimed at supporting the business’ sales objectives and brand strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support sales objectives and brand strategies.
Plan and implement in-store promotions, displays, and other merchandising activities.
Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored trade programs and promotional materials for key accounts.
Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of trade marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align trade marketing activities with overall brand campaigns and objectives.
Prepare and present reports on trade marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing trade marketing plans.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage relationships with retailers and distributors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for market visits and other business needs.
