Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, and overseeing human resources functions within the organization.
Qualifications
Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
Skills in Performance Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
