The Corporate Driver ensures the secure, dependable, and punctual conveyance of company executives, staff, and official shipments.

This position is responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicles in proper working condition, ensuring strict compliance with all traffic regulations, and upholding professionalism throughout all company-related operations.

Oversee a comprehensive range of essential duties, including the planning, execution, and evaluation of key initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and foster innovation. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication, resolve interdepartmental challenges, and ensure seamless integration of workflows. Additionally, mentor team members to cultivate leadership potential and uphold high-performance standards.

Transportation Duties: Responsibilities include overseeing the safe and efficient movement of goods, materials, or personnel between locations. Tasks involve coordinating schedules, managing vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations. Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and familiarity with route planning and logistics software. Experience in fleet management or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to execute these duties effectively.

Ensure secure and prompt transportation services for executives, staff members, and official duties.

Handle company vehicle operations for various assignments, including meetings, deliveries, errands, and corporate events as directed.

Guarantee timely collection and delivery of staff and goods.

Ensure strict confidentiality concerning all travel plans and business-related itineraries.

Performs routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fleet vehicles to ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals. Conducts preventative maintenance to extend vehicle lifespan and minimize downtime. Maintains accurate records of service history, repairs, and parts inventory. Complies with manufacturer guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies. Requires proficiency in vehicle systems, troubleshooting, and specialized tools, along with a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in automotive repair or fleet maintenance is preferred.

Perform a daily pre-use inspection of the assigned vehicle to ensure it meets operational standards.

Maintain optimal vehicle performance by verifying correct fuel levels, oil quality, coolant levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.

Maintain the vehicle’s interior and exterior cleanliness consistently.

Promptly notify management of any mechanical malfunctions or operational issues as soon as they occur.

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the timely completion of routine maintenance and servicing tasks.

Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety within the organization by implementing and monitoring compliance protocols, conducting regular audits, and providing mandatory training sessions to mitigate risks and maintain a secure operational environment.

Ensure full compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations without exception.

Facilitate the timely distribution and retrieval of official documents, essential supplies, and other required items to designated recipients.

A minimum of Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSC) or its equivalent is required.

A valid driver’s license issued by the Nigerian authorities is required.

Minimum of five to seven years of demonstrated driving experience, either in a corporate or commercial capacity.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of Lagos’ transportation networks and traffic dynamics.
