We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply chain optimization.

Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
Strategic Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee procurement activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.
Logistics & Distribution: Ensure timely and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and products, optimizing routes and managing freight costs.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, streamline warehouse operations, and minimize stock variances.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs, analyze supply chain performance, and generate reports for senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as operations, finance, and project management to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Technology & Process Improvement: Leverage digital tools and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency and transparency.
Crisis & Contingency Planning: Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions, geopolitical risks, and market fluctuations.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP) (optional)
Knowledge Requirements
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management in the Oil & Gas industry.
