MSHE Homes Limited is in search of a proactive Logistics and Administrative Officer to manage logistics operations, oversee outlet administration, and handle daily activities across the company’s real estate outlets in Abuja.
Overseeing a comprehensive range of duties, the role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement across assigned projects. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align objectives, meet deadlines, and deliver results in accordance with organizational goals. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to excel in this capacity. Oversee the acquisition, transportation, and punctual delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to designated distribution points throughout Abuja.
Accurately document all logistics operations, including delivery records, dispatch logs, waybills, goods received notes (GRNs), and inventory movements to ensure precise record-keeping.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and contractors to uphold cost efficiency and adherence to project timelines in the delivery of goods and services.
Oversee the company’s vehicle fleet operations, encompassing scheduling, driver allocations, maintenance logs, fuel tracking, and regulatory documentation.
Responsibilities include managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while ensuring inventory precision through consistent stock audits and reconciliation processes.
Oversee the daily operational administrative duties of the location, which encompass handling correspondence, maintaining organized filing systems, coordinating schedules, and managing office supply inventories.
Oversee petty cash administration, monitor expenses meticulously, and ensure prompt submission of financial returns and payment requisitions to the Finance department.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to manage staff attendance records, oversee leave administration, and handle all HR-related documentation.
Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards across all outlets, with immediate reporting of any incidents or instances of non-compliance.
Compile weekly and monthly operational and logistics reports for management, summarizing key achievements, identifying challenges, and proposing actionable recommendations.
Seeking a highly skilled professional with proven experience in project management and a minimum of three years in a leadership role. Must possess strong communication and organizational abilities, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of delivering successful outcomes under tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and advanced certifications are preferred. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will exhibit adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Estate Management, or an equivalent discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in logistics, office administration, or operations management is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in real estate or construction.
Proven capability to oversee numerous responsibilities simultaneously while requiring little to no oversight.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential, while experience with property management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is considered beneficial.
Possesses comprehensive understanding of Nigerian logistics regulations, procurement standards, and real estate operational practices.
