PR and Partnership Strategist

Role Overview

The PR & Partnership Strategist will be responsible for enhancing OneHealth’s public image, securing strategic partnerships, and driving brand awareness. This role involves managing media relations, forging alliances with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Brand Communication:

Develop and implement a PR strategy to position OneHealth as a thought leader in digital health.
Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and executive communications to enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media houses to secure positive coverage.
Manage crisis communication strategies to safeguard the company’s reputation.
Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, and corporate communication materials.

Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth:

Identify, develop, and manage high-impact partnerships with healthcare institutions, tech companies, and key industry players.
Negotiate and execute collaboration agreements that drive revenue and brand influence.
Work closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
Explore CSR and sponsorship opportunities that align with OneHealth’s mission and enhance brand credibility.

Event & Stakeholder Engagement:

Organize and manage press conferences, industry events, and product launches to promote OneHealth.
Represent the company in public forums, panels, and strategic discussions on digital health.
Develop engagement plans to strengthen relationships with investors, regulatory bodies, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Measure the success of PR and partnership initiatives using KPIs such as brand reach, media impressions, and business growth impact.
Provide regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and partnership performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in PR, strategic partnerships, or corporate communications, preferably within health tech, fintech, or fast-growing startups.
Strong media relations and storytelling skills with a track record of securing top-tier coverage.
Proven ability to build and manage partnerships that drive business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in event planning, sponsorship management, and CSR initiatives is a plus.
