Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor located in Lagos at Alert Group. The Client Advisor will be responsible for:
Opening Accounts
Credit Check and NCR check on loan customers
Documentation of files
Loan Booking
Collateral Archiving
Payment confirmation
Follow up on customer repayment.
Qualifications
Candidate must have atleast 2 years Experience as a client Advisor.
Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in the insurance industry
Ability to effectively communicate complex information
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
