Oversee onsite activities on a daily basis while verifying adherence to project requirements and specifications.
Evaluate the implementation status of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, assess any modifications to design documents, and examine variation requests throughout the construction phase.
Perform regular site assessments to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Monitor system performance, ensuring installations meet quality standards and align with sustainability requirements.
Assess MEP systems to detect deviations or potential risks, then document findings and propose appropriate corrective measures.
Participate in commissioning evaluations and post-construction analyses of building services systems.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving priorities are also key qualifications for this position.
A strong foundation in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems is required.
A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering is required.
A minimum of five years of professional expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design, engineering, or construction supervision is required, with a focus on the housing or real estate industry.
Proven expertise in evaluating and assessing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within residential or mixed-use development projects is required.
Individuals with prior involvement in Technical and Commercial Due Diligence (TCDD) procedures will be highly regarded.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of eco-friendly building standards and sustainable design methodologies, including but not limited to IFC EDGE, LEED, or comparable frameworks.
Proficiency in local building codes, engineering standards, and the associated approval processes is required.
Demonstrated expertise in engineering design and analysis software solutions, including but not limited to AutoCAD and Refit MEP, is required.
Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and fostering stakeholder relationships is essential.
