This role necessitates periodic physical hardware interaction, server rack installations, and on-site technical assistance within our infrastructure, prompting us to prioritize a Male Support Specialist to achieve a more balanced team composition.
What You Will Do
Monitor system uptime, performance metrics, and alerts vigilantly using our network monitoring tools to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
Provide first-line technical assistance by diagnosing and resolving fundamental hardware, software, and network-related challenges encountered by internal employees and remote users.
Incident management responsibilities include logging system alerts, promptly escalating critical network errors to senior engineers, and monitoring issues throughout the resolution process.
Assist with the installation and configuration of workstations, the termination of cables, the installation of patch panels, and the setup of routers and switches.
Maintain precise records of daily network health reports and IT asset inventories to ensure comprehensive documentation.
