IT ERP Support Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an ERP Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
As an ERP Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the ERP software that supports our business processes.
You will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs, provide technical support, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the performance of the ERP system, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing training and support to end-users.
You will also work closely with the IT team and external vendors to implement updates, upgrades, and customizations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes, creating user manuals, and ensuring data integrity within the system.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or a related field, experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
Collaborate with departments to understand and address their ERP needs.
Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience in providing technical support and training.
