Craft and execute strategic sales plans designed to meet and exceed revenue and growth objectives.

Prospect and secure new corporate clients within designated industries through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Cultivate and sustain robust connections with both current and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.

Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint emerging business opportunities, assess customer demands, and analyze prevailing industry trends.

Create and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with a persuasive and results-driven approach.

Oversee the full sales lifecycle, beginning with lead generation and culminating in deal closure, ensuring seamless progression throughout the process.

Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth service operations and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales metrics, compile comprehensive reports, and deliver consistent updates to senior leadership to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.

Attend and actively participate in business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements on behalf of the company.

Proactively manage relationships with key accounts to drive retention and foster growth.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is required.

Proven expertise in corporate sales, business development, or key account management spanning 4 to 6 years is required.

Achieved consistent success by surpassing established sales quotas and demonstrating exceptional performance.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate with confidence, and deliver compelling presentations.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and capacity for cultivating meaningful professional connections are essential.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential.

Demonstrates exceptional self-motivation and organizational skills to handle a diverse portfolio of accounts with precision and efficiency.

Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking and the capacity to resolve complex issues efficiently.
