We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Personal Assistant who will not only provide administrative support but also bring creative expertise to manage content creation, social media platforms, and visual media production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, graphic design, and social media management, combined with the organizational skills needed for a personal assistant role.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and creative content for social media, blogs, and websites.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content strategies.
Write and edit copy for various marketing materials.
Social Media Management:
Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media trends, insights, and metrics to optimize performance.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms (social media, YouTube, etc.).
Ensure videos align with brand messaging and style guidelines.
Manage video content from concept through to final production.
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including banners, posts, flyers, brochures, etc.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce cohesive designs.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to maintain fresh and engaging content.
Additional Tasks:
Provide support on special projects as needed.
Assist with personal tasks when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
