We currently seek a highly motivated and dedicated educator, who possess excellent communication skills, which enable such individual to foster strong relationships with students, colleagues, and staff. With a comprehensive range of instructional expertise and experience in developing schools curriculum especially the Cambridge curriculum, well-equipped to assess student needs, design effective learning strategies, and promote academic growth

Responsibilities

Curriculum development

Comprehensive curriculum development with the ability to design, plan, and execute educational programs from inception to completion with minimal supervision
Curriculum Implementation
Independently developing and implementing curricula, demonstrating self-motivation and autonomy in driving educational initiatives from concept to delivery

Assessment and Evaluation

Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning and progress.
Analyze student performance data to inform curriculum development and instructional strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with teachers, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure curriculum alignment and coherence.
Communicate curriculum changes and updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Master’s degree or higher preferred.
Over 5 years of experience working and developing schools curriculum especially schools operating with Cambridge curriculum
Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum and CAIE standards is essential.
Experience working with A level Executives in a school is essential
