Graphic Designer Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visuals, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools. This role requires expertise in branding, digital content creation, layout design, and creative storytelling to support marketing campaigns, social media, corporate materials, and brand assets.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Visual Identity

Develop and maintain brand-consistent designs across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
Create digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and infographics.
Design brochures, flyers, presentations, and corporate materials for both digital and print use.

Social Media & Digital Content Creation

Conceptualise and produce engaging social media content, including motion graphics, GIFs, and short videos.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all visuals align with campaign messaging and brand strategy.
Design compelling thumbnails, animations, and visuals to enhance social media engagement.

Marketing & Advertising Design

Create eye-catching ad creatives for paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Support email marketing and website teams with visually appealing templates and assets.

Branding & Corporate Materials

Assist in branding initiatives, developing logos, typography, and colour schemes when required.
Design corporate reports, presentations, and pitch decks with strong visual appeal.
Ensure consistency in all branding materials across business units and marketing touchpoints.
Ensure all designs meet specifications for various print and digital formats.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and IT teams, to deliver high-impact visuals.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Provide creative input and suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, media, or branding.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.
Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and colour theory.
Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

Knowledge of UI/UX design and familiarity with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Experience working with branding guidelines and corporate identity projects.
Understanding of social media algorithms and trends to optimise visual content.
