Job Description

We is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants at our esteemed Trans- Ekulubranch in Enugu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with sales activities and assisting customers in ensuring a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.

Responsibilities

Assist the Shop floor staff in handling sales and marketing activities.
Assist and participate in running book fairs and other marketing events.
Schedule and attend planned visits to schools for marketing activities.
Deal tactfully and resourcefully with customers and sales representatives, ensuring good customer relations.
Receive and respond to telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
Assist in following up on customer inquiries and provide immediate support to sales representatives and customers.
Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory and cleanliness.
Support in updating product information and pricing in the company’s systems.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of SSCE
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Physical stamina to perform sales tasks
Close proximity or within reasonable commuting distance to Trans-Ekulu is a plus.
