Marketing Lead Sales Representative Social Media Manger / Content Creator

Job Summary

As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our recycling services, strengthen our brand, and generate leads. You will lead digital and traditional marketing efforts, work closely with sales and operations teams, and ensure our messaging aligns with our sustainability mission.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Overseeing and working closely with other teams .
Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media to educate and engage audiences.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Develop partnerships with businesses, municipalities, and sustainability organizations.
Coordinate events, trade shows, and community engagement programs to promote recycling awareness.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s sustainability goals and messaging.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2 + years of experience in marketing, preferably in environmental services, sustainability, or related industries.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills.
