Marketing & Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase revenue and market share for our group of hospitals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansions, and market segments to drive patient acquisition and retention.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with HMOs, corporate organizations, and key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and service uptake.
Serve as the primary liaison between the hospitals and external partners, ensuring effective communication and mutual benefit.

Marketing and Outreach:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, including digital marketing, traditional media, and community engagement initiatives.
Coordinate outreach programs and corporate wellness initiatives to raise awareness and attract new clients.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to inform strategic planning.
Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare-related roles.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop strategic collaborations in the healthcare industry.
Background in healthcare marketing or experience working with HMOs is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
