Job Summary
A commercial coordinator is responsible forproviding administrative and operational support to a company’s sales and commercial team, managing contract details, ensuring timely invoicing, monitoring project financials, and coordinating communication between internal departments and clients to facilitate smooth business transactions and revenue generation; essentially acting as a central point of contact for all commercial aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing and drafting contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Tracking contract milestones and deadlines.
Managing contract amendments and change orders.
Preparing and submitting invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Monitoring outstanding invoices and managing debt collection process.
Tracking project costs and budgets, identifying potential cost variances.
Preparing financial reports for the commercial team.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (usually 4 – 10 years) in commercial coordination or a related field.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Understanding of basic legal and contractual terms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
