Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Planner to join our client dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed schedules for offshore operations, ensuring resource optimization, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain accurate work schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and minimizing downtime
Create and monitor project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and manage detailed installation plans for offshore projects, ensuring timely execution of all phases
Coordinate logistics, materials, equipment, and personnel for offshore installation activities.
Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are obtained for offshore activities.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the offshore oil and gas sector, with a demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
