Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall restaurant performance.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract customers.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure that restaurant policies and standards are consistently maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quality assurance.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
B.Sc. degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to handle restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in restaurant management software is an added advantage.
