Outlet Audit Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking to hire an organized and detail-oriented Outlet Audit Officer to help manage our bookkeeping operations at our outlets. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of outlet inventory, finances, including payments, bookkeeping, auditing & account queries.

Duties and Responsibilities

Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Cross-check stock cards & waybills to ensure accuracy.
Periodic Stock counts to ensure accuracy.
Manage stock resupplies and transfers.
Periodical auditing to ensure correctness at all times.
Conduct outlets auditory reviews and assessments.

Requirements and Skills

OND/BSc/HND in any relevant field with at least one year working experience in auditing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competencies in data entry, analysis and adept computer skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
