Job Summary:
We are looking for a fresh graduate who is looking for a HR Operations Intern role to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist with various HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR compliance, and process improvement initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, letters, and contracts.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within HR operations.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of HR concepts, policies, and labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
