Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate logistics operations for an event management company in Lagos. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage transportation, storage, and delivery of event materials.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations during logistics operations.
Resolve logistics challenges promptly during events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3 years of relevant experience, preferably in events or hospitality.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
