Responsibilities:
Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and financial statements
Help with account reconciliation and bank statement reviews
Process expense reports
Conduct data entry and maintain accounting records
Assist in other administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and organizational skills
