Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven business Development and community growth specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition and engagement, focusing on partnerships with communities, hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. As a key member of the Growth & Marketing team, you will play a vital role in expanding our B2B2C business line, building relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users from communities, hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare networks.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations to integrate Pharmarun into their workflows.
Drive user adoption through targeted campaigns, outreach, and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Operations) to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Analyze user acquisition and engagement metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Pharmarun’s mission and services.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective partners to drive B2B2C growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related field.
A health-related background and prior experience working in the healthcare sector are required.
3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare or technology.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement in a B2B2C or similar environment.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
Passion for healthcare innovation and improving access to medical services.
