Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Admin or related field
3+ years of experience in technical events production, preferably with live events, conferences or corporate events
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in coordinating technical events
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and technical production, special effects, stage design and sound setup
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS 365
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production guidelines
Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Provide feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement
Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Schedule regular inspections and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary
Plan and coordinate the technical aspects of events, including set design, lighting, sound, and special effects
Oversee the installation and testing or audio-visual equipment, including sound, lighting and video
Collaborate with event producers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand event requirements and ensure technical specifications meet the event objectives.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to acquire necessary equipment and services
Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory and standards
