Requirements
A minimum qualification of an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in loan marketing, credit sales, microfinance, consumer lending, SME lending, or heavy lending, the ideal candidate will bring substantial hands-on experience to the role.
Proven expertise in marketing salary loans, microcredit loans, SME loans, personal loans, and credit products associated with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Must possess a substantial customer base, an established referral network, or a demonstrated capability to consistently produce high-quality loan leads.
Proven expertise in the Abuja lending landscape, with a deep understanding of salary earners, small business owners, traders, SMEs, cooperatives, and FMCG distributors.
Demonstrates a strong capacity to achieve established loan disbursement goals, expand the customer base, and ensure timely repayment follow-ups.
Proven expertise in marketing, sales, negotiation, and relationship management is essential.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of fundamental credit evaluation principles, including customer profiling, loan documentation procedures, and assessments of repayment capacity.
Proven capability to assess borrower credibility and mitigate risks associated with subpar loan portfolio entries is essential.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong drive to meet targets, possess persuasive communication skills, exhibit self-assurance, and operate effectively with minimal oversight.
