Monitoring & Evaluation Adviser – Lagos (National Volunteer)

Role Overview Summary

The role supports the ACTIVE project in Nigeria by leading Monitoring and Evaluating activities, including data validation, DQA, capacity building, and supervisory visits to strengthen data management. Reporting to the state programme manager, the adviser will monitor program activities, collaborate with project teams, and work with stakeholders to ensure accountability and learning.

Ideal Applicant Summary

A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international development, statistics, or related fields (Master’s preferred) and proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, ideally within the development or non-profit sectors.
The ideal candidate will have experience with data management, statistical software, and data visualization tools. A commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous learning is key.
