Head, Learning and Development Spa Manager

Job Description

He/She analyzes training needs, designs relevant programs, ensures engaging content, collaborates with experts, tracks progress, reviews data to measure impact, adjusts strategies, implements succession planning, ensures compliance, and integrates innovative training technologies for enhanced learning.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
5-7 years Cognate Experience
Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the retail industry.
Proficient Knowledge of Instructional Design, training methodologies, and Adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems and E-Learning tools
HR certification or L&D is a plus
