Overall Purpose of Job
We are looking for an organized store officer to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing and issuing consumable/goods, managing stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming consumables/goods, store them appropriately and ensure they are issued correctly.
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments.
Keep accurate stock records using both manual and computerized system
Coordinate inventory functions.
Track inventory movement: Monitor the movement of material and products in and out of the inventory through accurate record keeping.
Store Management: Keep track of goods and supplies within the store, ensuring everything is properly organized and accessible.
Requirements:
B.sc, HND in a relevant field.
NYSC discharge certificate.
2-3yr proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager in Hospital filed
Excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in using Excel sheets and any other inventory software.
